Pros

Good for people who don’t need actually need a job or for a company to have a functional work environment because they work one shift a week.

Cons

- management pushed back your shifts like 15 minutes before you leave or tells you to leave early gives you no say in the matter - gives you no hours, constantly hiring people they don’t need taking your hours because they know people will quit. - lowest pay of any store in the mall - no hours. No appreciation. - has key holders doing the assistant managers responsibilities despite them being paid way less. - having you go above and beyond but gives you no compensation. - makes excuses and lies about hours - does a bunch of sale sharing and crap to make people meet there goals even though no one can really meet there goals except the assistant managers. -assistant managers get commission but also have the lowest sales goals Encouraging them to take loads of sales making it even harder for anyone else to make their goals. - favoritism when it comes to giving out hours or raises - a click of people who worked there all have priority for being friends. - no job I have EVER worked at will take hours like 90% of the time an hour before your shift starts or ends no one has ever even heard of that. - manager will do anything to make themselves look good without any regards to employees

Pros

PTO, breaks, my team, the friends I have made from other stores

Cons

Upper management, the dress code, the lack of care for employees and allowing them to get yelled at and ran over by customers because "the customer is always right"
