Cons
This company doesn't even deserve one star. Every single negative Glassdoor review you see is all true. Do not get enticed by a recruiters persuasion of "great culture" and "competitive pay" to get you to join. It's not worth it! It's evident that Druva is a very hostile environment, especially towards women. HR is non-existent and the company takes zero accountability towards harassing behavior including sexual harassment and gender discrimination. The value of collaboration is a complete joke and most teams are resistant to change, especially if you have to work closely with the employees that manage business operations. I feel sorry for the folks who have settled for a company that has no ambition for growth or scalability. The leadership team such as the CFO and CEO, have zero experience or clue on how to motivate and run a successful organization. From another review post, I echo that that they are extremely egotistic, sexist and most of all arrogant. The micromanagement from the sales executives is unreal and doesn't even allow the sales rep to even sell the Druva product. The cultural shift is going downhill and I'm not sure how this company will ever recover. If you are looking to work at a company where you enjoy a cookie cutter role, siloed environment, zero career growth, and being yelled at by immature leaders, then go for it! You will most likely get hired since no one else wants to work here.
