Pros

Exceptional Team and Culture: The people here are genuinely friendly and easy to work with. There’s a strong sense of collaboration that makes day-to-day interactions smooth and positive. Structured Environment: Druva has well-established processes in many key areas, which brings stability and clarity to projects. This is coupled with a strong automation mindset, meaning the company is focused on improving efficiency and reducing manual work.

Cons

The requirement to be in the office 3 days a week feels excessive and can be challenging, particularly for employees who have a long commute or live farther away. I would prefer more flexibility (e.g., a two-day minimum) to balance team collaboration with personal time and commuter stress.

Pros

Druva is positioned at the intersection of cloud and data security—two of the fastest-growing priorities for customers today. With a strong partner ecosystem, a true SaaS platform, and significant growth opportunity, it’s a place where you can both drive impact and accelerate your career. Deep relationships with key partners (e.g., Dell, cloud providers) Multiple routes to market → more opportunities to drive revenue Channel-friendly model

Cons

Like any high-growth company, Druva comes with strong opportunity but also some challenges. For someone who’s self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, those challenges can actually turn into big opportunities.

Pros

Coming back to Druva after five years feels like returning home—only to find the house has been completely transformed into a high-tech masterpiece. I was originally with the company from 2018 to 2021, and while leaving for a new opportunity was a bittersweet decision, Druva always remained my "north star" for what a great company culture should look like. Rejoining the team recently, I’ve been blown away by how much the organization has matured without losing the soul that made it special in the first place. The most striking change is the sheer maturity of the technology and our market position. Druva isn't just a company with "potential" anymore; we are a recognized Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™. Seeing our innovation and execution validated at that level is incredibly rewarding. We’ve moved beyond just disrupting the space—we are now setting the standard for data resiliency. The "rocket ship" I remembered from 2018 now has much stronger engines and a much clearer flight path. This trajectory is a direct result of the leadership at the helm. I have long admired Jaspreet Singh’s consistency and vision, and that respect has only deepened as I see how he has navigated the company’s growth. Now, working under Ranga Rajagopalan (CPO/CMO), there is a level of strategic clarity and momentum that you can feel across the entire organization. Every product decision and marketing move feels energized and intentional. But even with the global accolades and the world-class tech, the "secret sauce" remains the culture. It’s a high-performance environment where people genuinely care—about the work, the customers, and each other. I loved working here the first time, but I can honestly say I love it even more now. If you’re looking for a place with real momentum and a culture that actually delivers on its promises, Druva is it.

Cons

If there was anything truly worth mentioning I would not be back.
