What truly stands out is the company’s genuine commitment to listening to customers—feedback is not only heard but actively worked on, and you can clearly see the results in product and service improvements. I’ve been with Dropsuite for over two years now, and I’m excited to continue contributing during this new phase post-acquisition, which seems to be amplifying our momentum even further.

Cons

A few areas that could be enhanced include the limited employee benefits and the capped commissions for sales roles, which can restrict overall earning potential. Additionally, performance incentives for going above and beyond tend to be modest. For example, securing a customer’s interest in a new product and getting them to participate in a case study—with everything aligned—may result in a $200 reward, which feels limited given the level of effort involved.
