At Dropless, I feel as though I am an important member of the team and my efforts are duly acknowledged. It's a very fast paced environment which encourages me to ensure I am always pro-active and adapting to new innovative changes!
Cons
Working at a start-up means that we have to monitor every aspect of the business and ensure that our good name is being kept in high regard. It can be difficult to stay on top of everything as there is always a lot to do but there is always someone willing to lend a hand!
