- No transparency in terms of total number of worked hours versus compensation. This is embarrassing, as your employer must know how to properly calculate your worked hours and compensate sufficiently (time in lieu).
- They want to give the impression that they are all-knowing, but in the end they make a lot of beginner's mistakes as an employer which should not even happen. Your honest feedback on how to improve things is not welcome.
- Too much marketing. Always the same people (sales, marketing, etc..) are spotlighted. As if the other teams do not contribute to the growing success of the company.
- Zero communication between teams.
- The company's official language is English, but a lot of people have very poor knowledge of English for business.
- No focus on the individuals, no coaching, no mentoring. Mediocrity is awarded. Just money matters.
- This company is no longer a start-up by now, so there should be no excuse in not putting more efforts into the employees.
- The managers pat themselves on the back for a job that their subordinates have to perform, helping the company to grow. And you do not even get a thank you for your hard work.
