- Startup company so no health insurance/ mediclaim
- Management doesn't recognise employees hard work & contribution. They just want their work should be done.
- There is no fixed working hours, as on some days it can stretch for 10-12 hrs if there's a prod issue.
- The management is very harsh sometimes so people leave the company and only senior management is the longest serving.
