Pros
Free lunches, movie passes for doing well.You just have to sit back and do what they say and you will just trudge along. Management is just a "club" like in high school.
Cons
Management does not appreciate input. Hard to get into management "club". Medical plan is contingent upon mandatory physical every year and price is based on how healthy you are. Every month we would see 30 new people paraded thru for their orientation. 500 total employees, 30 new people every month, that's almost a complete change of employees every year!
