None; avoid taking a job at Drive Shack's corporate headquarters
Cons
Unstable, poorly managed company (3 different CEO's in last 2 years, newest CEO has very little experience). No promotions or raises. No 401K matching. Required office hours, poor corporate culture and significant turnover. Comapny trending in the wrong directions. This ended up being a nightmarish experience.
