Pros

Suggestions from employees are listened to. The CEO addresses the entire company every morning to where the company is headed and what progress we have made as a team. Very much a team oriented company. Management is very understanding and helpful. HR is top tier! Great compensation & benefits! I honestly love what I do and it doesn't feel like work. Bill Kilpatrick (CEO)is a visionary and very meticulous CEO when it comes to executing strategic operations within the company. I have learned a lot just working with him and his executive team over the 6 years I've been here.

Cons

I really don't have anything to comment.

Pros

Have been working with this company since 1997 as a client and an employee since 2007. The culture of care toward clients and employees is beyond words. This company changes lives. That is said in a lot of places but it starts from the core values from the CEO throughout the whole staff. I feel privileged to be a part of this team.

Cons

There are no cons that I have run across.

Pros

Offered very competitive salary, remote work, very encouraging/affirmational atmosphere.

Cons

Dishonest / cagey employee feedback. Feedback does not match employer's actions. Refers to new company goals as "games," which is weird. Lies about preferences, employee performance ratings. Dangles carrots galore but no follow-though. Too many meetings. Initiative, contribution, communication, speed of project completion loudly & constantly celebrated, then listed as reasons for termination?? Management is not all on the same page internally. Company is trying to grow too fast and is subsequently disorganized and chasing its tail. Since most employees don't come from automotive background, company lacks established authority to provide guidance & advice, let alone for $35,000/membership. Trying to CREATE a niche/need where there hasn't been one, and fit square pegs into round holes. Can't conduct all business solely via zoom & phone. Not much room for promotion or advancement. Employee dissatisfaction with confusing, haphazard, incomplete product roll-outs.
