High Profile Client Base Certified Professional Staff Gorgeous and Ambient atmosphere Location close to downtown LA's top events Reasonable pace throughout the week, some busy days and some mellow days.
Cons
Understaffed, need staff members strictly for set-up and clean-up of the treatment rooms and spa areas Little to no benefits as well as a lack of growth/promotions Parking is a hassle even with the parking permit due to the limited space and time No consistent camaraderie is established, not even a simple company appreciation picnic
