Pros
Great place for employees with little previous work experience to learn new skills, laid-back and friendly office environment, good work/life balance, strong and supportive mid-level managers, perks such as frequent team events, free fruit, after-work beer, foosball tables, after-work yoga, etc.
Cons
Lots of reliance on interns as a source of cheap labor, no clear path to onboarding/gaining new skills (but opportunities are there if you pursue them), lack of transparency between departments and from the upper management, low/unequal pay, limited opportunities for advancement or growth in some departments, compensation for low base pay and no benefits/bonuses in the form of office perks
