      Gaining relationships with the kids you work with. And the families as well. And if you have time. Make a few friends. That you can actaully trust.

      Hahaha to many to name. :( leave it at that. I heard alot and seen a lot. 6 yrs :/

      There are none. This is a horrible place not only to work for but to also send your children.

      Cons

      Everything! Staff are expendable, children are dollar signs nothing more. The owners have said this aloud many of times.
