The management doesnt care about the staff. If the salon is slow, they will send the stylists home. It is an hourly job, so you will be sent home without being asked, and they do not care. Full time or not, you will be sent home, which means you are not making any money. They do not tell you this upon hiring. BEWARE. It is a revolving door, the staff leaves so constantly, including management. You will not have opportunities to move up. If you have to do this job, make sure you have something stable, because this isn't. Please do not quit your main job for here. You will be highly let down, and stressed to pay your bills
