Very heavy favouritism. You'll be worked like a dog without so much as a thank you while watching people who do nothing/barely do their job get all the praise.
Not flexible on the hours either as you have to practically beg for your time off/booked holidays to be respected. Even then you may get called in or asked where you are when you've had it approved.
As long as the rides are up and running they do not care about your wellbeing.
Rules are picked and chosen to be enforced. One person will just get a warning for something and someone else (usually someone a manager has decided they don't like) will get fired for the same thing.
Even if you keep your head down it doesn't stop you from being a target for bullying from the team leaders.
The staff turnover is very high for a reason.
