From the plant manager, supervisors and field employees is what makes this a great place to work. The pay and benefits top notch. The chance to advance your career is endless just have to show initiative and drive.
Cons
The pressure put on managers from corporate and the amount of repetitive meeting every week. This takes away from boots on the ground and employee engagement.
