Management are the worst I have ever worked with. You will rarely see any of them get into a position where they are in trouble as much as a CSA or Team Leader for poor results, they just point the finger and then will be told to “manage them out”.
Certain people are in positions they don’t deserve and given roles because they are friends rather than deserving the position.
Office politics are probably worse than at any other company, not just that I have worked at. The Senior managers (above TL’s) are the worst for this and have meetings all the time and Laugh about people, I have been involved in these meetings.
Values or what they use to be may as well have never been written as they are a waste of time. Providing for our customers is something they definitely don’t do...well some managers do and when I say some I mean one and now she has moved into a different area/maternity leave.
We move managers when they are rubbish at their job, multiple examples of this.
Work life balance only comes into it if you’re a senior manager, they can work from home when they want but otherwise it’s like getting blood from a stone.
