Long hours and not much PTO/overage if you need the day off

Absolutely none at all unfortunately besides sometimes you get nice customers and the food can be ok, but that’s if your making it yourself in the back.

Management is a joke, half of them are either on hard substances or sleeping with underage coworker. The drama is horrible, they allow a hierarchy with older coworker so if your new or haven’t been there for 5+ years prepared to be treated like poo and basically be hazed as you would when you join a frat. If other servers see that someone is competition they will go out of their way to either make you feel completely unwelcome, or even team up with the managers to get you fired. Worse than highschool.
