Pros
- Free staff lunch on shift - SOME paid breaks - Generally pretty lenient with giving time off although ofc not always paid - Probably the most looked after I've been at a place as a hospitality staff member
Cons
- Splitting shifts to give an hour break meant they didn't have to pay breaks - Long hours and often short-staffed (but that is normal with bar work I suppose)
