You will stagnate. They will never help you develop, and will continuously give you work that is not in your job description and then guilt you into doing it. Upper management is like a cult. They worship a guy in Canada and work heaps of hours and then when you point out what you dislike about the company, they will throw it back in your face by pointing out how much they choose to sacrifice for the company, which is weird because the company is consistently underperforming.
