Pros
I have the privilege of getting to work onsite at our client. We are a small team, but very close and work well together to get our jobs completed. I love being onsite as we have formed a wonderful relationship with our client and being onsite we are able to instantly realize the needs that they face on a day to day basis and fulfill them quickly, sometimes before they even realize that they need staff, so when they either call or pop up to see us we have their problems met already. We also are able to have a one on one relationship with our temp staff and work hard to fit them in a job they enjoy at the different locations we service.
Cons
We do not have a lot of access to our other branches and there are no longer any meetings where we can meet the other branch staff to talk over issues and help with solutions.
