Pros
Company database has no password/poor security making it easy for any employee to dig out old client files and data. Lots of self learning opportunities from such data.
Cons
Be prepared to be treated like a dog. On the surface company looks like a professional company but the complicated relationship between the partners makes this a bad place to be in. Their personal life eats into professional life making the workplace a highly unprofessional one. Do not be snooked into coming into this company no matter how nice a story you are sold. Empty promises. New York office does not exist.
