Great team. Rewarding work. Had a lot of fun.

This is a small company. Which is hard to say is a downside.

Had a nice culture at the time, but unfortunately that entire team is now gone because they spent all their money on dumb investments, like real estate and NASCAR sponsorships.

Lack of leadership, sketchy all around. Like mentioned above, why is a crypto company purchasing penthouse condos?! Spent excessive money on marketing like a NASCAR sponsorship, but couldn't afford to pay employees competitive rates, didn't offer equity. Leadership would make excessive and luxurious purchases, like a gigantic office space for a little around 20 employees. Hosted excessive dinners at restaurants like Ascend in Bellevue, WA when they couldn't even get a sale. Zero foresight or frugality. The entire engineering department fell apart after they ran out of money. Used inflated false language in marketing like "infinite TPS" when the technology wasn't capable of it. Quite frequently, false language was used to mislead the public about the inner workings of the company. Promised DRGN "tokens" instead of equity, but screwed many former employees out of them. Highly suggest you avoid this company.
