Impossible - Compression Operator Technician Dr. Reddy's Employee Review

Impossible to level up to get pay raise. Management is ridiculous. Upper management is awesome, but front-line is horrible. They are more worried about looking good as opposed to quality of product. HR representatives, other than HR director, are impossible to deal with. Not helpful at all. Instead of supporting the employee and lending a helping hand, they treat you as if you are insignificant and a bother.
