previous team built a good business which provides solid foundation otherwise there is nothing spectacular to talk about new management
Cons
you can not talk to top management because they are not ready to listen to ideas and feedback is treated as revolt and indiscipline nail salon operator or McD's burger cook can be a C level executive - this may be a plus point as well constantly having to close out inventory to dollars stores in order to make sales numbers because management does not know how to build annual budgets or plan internal issues, lack of maturity , politics among top management
