Pros
None. Unfortunately, I did not have a single positive experience during my time with the company.
Cons
As hospital cleaners, we received little to no support from management. We were often expected to do our jobs without the proper equipment and cleaning supplies, which is extremely concerning in a hospital environment where hygiene and safety should be the highest priority. Management showed very little care or appreciation for employees. We were the ones doing the physically demanding work every day, yet there was no recognition, support, or incentive to keep good staff. It's difficult to understand how a company expects to retain dedicated employees when they are not valued or respected. The workplace culture was also extremely toxic. Some supervisors and colleagues regularly spoke negatively about other employees behind their backs, and it was not uncommon for staff to be shouted at in front of others. There was a complete lack of professionalism and respect. On top of that, I witnessed and experienced xenophobic and racist attitudes in the workplace, which made the environment even more hostile and uncomfortable. I also attended a meeting with HR to raise my concerns, hoping the situation would improve. Unfortunately, nothing changed. In fact, the meeting itself felt very unprofessional. I remember walking into the room in tears, and instead of showing empathy or giving me their full attention, the HR representative answered a phone call and started talking to someone else while I was sitting there. I felt completely dismissed and disrespected at a time when I was asking for support. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a respectful, supportive, and professional work environment.
