Pros

There is a good work/life balance as well as some very talented people to learn from. Leadership is charismatic and company outings are fun. They even have Friday happy hour and iPhones for all employees.

Cons

Don't expect a raise. Like, ever. They love giving folks new titles maybe coupled with a two percent raise ( if you are lucky). They spend all of their money on overpaid/underworked pharmacists and there isn't anything left for anybody else. They have also fired EVERY clinical director so definitely stay away from that position.

Pros

You'll get a really warm fuzzy feeling at first when you talk at great length about all of the very sick people that you'll be helping. About the "culture" and the "family" and all of the buzz words associated with companies that people LOVE to work at. Everyone will welcome your awesome ideas and input. Encouring you to meet 1 on 1 with everyone in the company... It will almost seem like someone read an instruction manual on "how to create an awesome company" Which, in fact, they did...

Cons

The warm fuzzy feelings are unfortunately fleeting.. You'll realize that there is a lot of hot air and not much to back it up. When they decided to follow the book on creating an awesome company, they spend too much time and effort trying to manufacture things that should be organic. (i.e let's create a "culture team"). You'll find more and more that the stories of the "better good" lose their punch. There are no raises, so make sure you fight for your salary when you accept your offer. Expect to be in a LOT of meetings, and not really feel like you're contributing.
