      Pay cycle is weekly.

      Cons

      This company has a great product but terrible leadership. Starting at the C-suite and throughout, the culture is demeaning and full of good-ole-boy prejudices. Talent is not managed or valued at HPx. HR is not the employee's advocate. They are unprofessional and info shared is not secure. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in a career of nearly 20 years. There are several EEO complaints against HPx. Stay away!

      Fast paced and so fast that they don’t care about staff. Turnover on the floor is very high but in the office, people are just unhappy. Meeting after meeting after meeting to the point that it cuts into being productive. Clear politics at play and old school mentality of operating
