Free product after machines are finished and shipped out.
Cons
Non-union, Training isn't the greatest, a lot of turn around, let people go because "they're not fit for Douglas" people who have seniority think they shouldn't work, owners/ceo's never come down to the build centers. Very hard to move up in the company, Pay rate is no better than food industry.
