Colleagues were the only reason I stayed for so long. You get 1 doughnut and drink per break!
Cons
The owner is not a nice person. Management are the most unempathetic, careless and detached people. Often short staffed and overworked. Doughnuts are thrown away (sometimes more than 100 perfectly fine doughnuts are thrown out if not sold) despite efforts to find ways to be less wasteful, all ideas have been shut down as the only thing the owner cares about is making money. This is not a small local eco-friendly company like they have claimed. Employees are undervalued, stressed out and overwhelmed. I have witnessed colleagues have panic attacks, meltdowns and often crying (including myself) due to the unnecessary amount of pressure management puts on us. Literally impossible to climb up the career ladder here.
