Very lean startup and wearing multiple hats.

-Really great co-founders, genuinely nice people. -Bike courier work that is grounded by a decent hourly wage. -Was a great opportunity to make some money on the side while getting good exercise. -Surprise cookie deliveries puts smiles on peoples' faces at their office.

-Can be very stressful making it to the customer on time. -Several time constraints that are out of the courier's control. Like strict security guards, confusing office building layout, locked out buildings, etc.
