Working in sales department. Getting a job as a lube technician is easy.
Cons
Management micromanages excessively, doesn't trust his technicians, and doesn't want to pay any of his technicians. Management doesn't trust mechanics, refuses to get them tools they need, and watches the techs through the cameras all day. Management also uses write ups excessively. Management doesn't care about technicians.
