Awful working conditions Low pay and yearly raises were a joke Micromanaged by higher-ups that didn't know anything about restaurants Little to no ability to move up in position Didn't even remotely about employee morale or well-being Equipment maintenance was non-existent, even with important things like hoods and ventilation systems Would frequently decide to make you work three or more extra hours a day without, wouldn't notify you until a couple of hours before it happened On the other hand, they would also just start cutting 10+ hours a week off your schedule for no apparent reason The whole time I've been here, no area of the restaurant has been even close to fully-staffed
