Pros

remote friendly, work life balance, decent coworkers

Cons

management lacks vision, experience, and strategic plans to execute on their ideas, you have no north star to refer to when working on projects crisis management all day every day expect passive-aggression, or hostility when giving feedback, pointing out a problem, or asking more than what management is willing to answer, very toxic culture promotion was friendship-based, not competency-based very non-transparent, exact opposite of what they preach growth opportunities and constructive feedback were non-existent product and tech were never core of the business compensation is not competitive, you could be working there for several years and never get raised, if management deems you are not worthy
