There’s a long list to go here but let’s just point some clear issues. 1-Their lack of clients and the whole thing of client comes first really affects both their business and their team. 2-They know nothing about management, like literally nothing! Tons of promises they fail to keep, management that works based on emotions and moods not tactics and clear plans and above all handful of bizarre decisions that affect the team moral without even have the decency to study them before proceeding. 3-Salaries are a huge turndown, they can’t compete with the market’s standards hence they can’t hire good calibers or form adequate teams.
