      a good place to start working.

      more than difficult to go to a higher level. Progress is difficult at Dotin. sometimes they won't let you change your team while you develop your skills and want to improve not only your career path but also the company in order to fulfill the organization's goals.

      Pros

      Dotin is responsible for banking solutions owned by Fanap co. which is in turn a property of Pasargad Bank Iran. Nice and quiet work environment Knowledgeable engineers are around On time and competitive payments

      Cons

      Main projects are banking EFT switch and Core banking system which can be considered large projects so you deal with a project which is not suitable for new technologies to be tried out. Making progress for very capable employees (in payment and responsibility) is not easy and clear.
