      its a big project , learn to cooperate with other teams.

      Cons

      processes are very long at Dotin. the evaluation system for persons ate Dotin isn't match with their business requirements and so many employee are unhappy because of this.

      Pros

      Dotin is responsible for banking solutions owned by Fanap co. which is in turn a property of Pasargad Bank Iran. Nice and quiet work environment Knowledgeable engineers are around On time and competitive payments

      Cons

      Main projects are banking EFT switch and Core banking system which can be considered large projects so you deal with a project which is not suitable for new technologies to be tried out. Making progress for very capable employees (in payment and responsibility) is not easy and clear.
