Pros
Some of the people that work there are good. Some of the work is really interesting, and there are a good range of projects to work on
Cons
Poor management, a lot of micromanagers where you have projects where multiple people are telling you contrasting information, feels like they don't trust their employees to work on their own and treats all the designers like they're children. All design calls are dictated by the sales team. Expect you to work overtime and over lunch (tell you that that's just expected), hours are past the Fair Work recommended hours, and if you ask they tell you that that's just how they've always done it.
