Pros

I moved to San Francisco and Dopple was my first career opportunity out here. I really enjoyed the people I worked with and learning the inner-workings of a startup environment. I was an inventory associate, but worked and learned the different processes that create these awesome custom packages for the customers. The company is only growing. One thing that really stuck out to me was the management was really understanding when my uncle passed away and really appreciated the support when that happened. I am truly grateful that I had a chance to work at Dopple.

Cons

When I worked there, the space we to navigate and accept inventory was growing smaller and smaller, but like I said in the pros section the company is only growing and actually moved the warehouse operation to a bigger location. They offered me to grow with them in a different city, but I had just moved to SF months prior so I declined the offer.

Pros

The company is still small enough so any employee makes a big difference and can add value from day 1. The team is talented, driven and hard working. The management is always open to hear and implement new ideas that will push the mission forward. It is a startup so be prepared to wear more hats than you usually would on a big company. And that's the beauty of it, you will learn and grow professionally.

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary, the usual growing pains as the company increases its user base. As I said before you need to be prepared to go outside your comfort zone and take ownership of multiple roles but that's startup life and its worth it.
