Pros

A lot of the normal start up benefits like an education budget, home office, working abroad, and etc. Their pretty flexible with working hours if you have a good manager.

Cons

Everything at Doodle is very messy. Leadership is absent and incapable of making decisions so everyone walks around lost, where nobody knows who is responsible for something. Worse you will be punished for mistakes of leaders. About 40% of the company have left in the last year or so because horrific workforce management. But instead of dealing with problems, they just hired a bunch of directors who have very little control over things. This made things worse and made even more people stop. In addition, this company lacks professionalism and communication. Managers and executives ignore to responding to urgent problems, fail to show up at meetings, fail to pay attention during meetings, and there have been examples of questionable statements in the past. Despite all the problems, the company refuses to admit things. Very quick mention of bad survey results and a lot of "this is a great place to work" even during people quitting. Try to talk to issues and they get ignored. Advice to not get near this company for the next year or so until things change. It is not to be enjoyed.

The last year has been hit by what is now called "the Great Resignation". In similar organizations, the global turnover rates easily average 45% since the past year. However, we are constantly working to enhance our employee experience. We've heard your worries concerning leadership and saw already that it was a point on which we could improve. For this reason, we have kicked off in January 2022 a new program for leaders that will include coaching. We are not perfect. However, we keep at heart to learn and grow. Pros

Doodle cares about their employees and tries to maintain open and honest communication from leadership. I've never worked somewhere where team members are so willing to include, help and collaborate one another. Doodle offers great benefits as well.

Cons

Doodle has it's growing pains as many companies do and could use process improvement to make things more efficient, but the pros massively outweigh any cons.
