The company and supervisors put a lot of time into you. Starting with a bootcamp, then going into on the job training. Workbooks and quizzes along the way to keep on track. Good teachers as well.

Would like more feedback. How are we doing. I’d like to know from management as well as direct supervisor.

If you have potential- they will invest in you. BBQs and other free lunches occasionally Modern machines (Mori seiki, Mazak) Organized tool room and robocrib

Long days- 10 hour shifts but guaranteed overtime when I worked there (if you’re a good machinist/operator) Running multiple machines while deburring, CTQs, polishing, etc. but keeps you busy.
