DonorConnect Response
2yThank you for your long-term tenure at DonorConnect. We appreciate your feedback.
Acknowledging your concerns, we wish to assure you that addressing and resolving employee concerns remains a focal point for us at DonorConnect. I can confirm that because of employee feedback we have made changes to the following:
* We implemented on-call set schedules.
* Staff meetings are now quarterly instead of weekly.
* Team meetings have been reduced to bi-weekly.
* Team members have been provided instructions on how to turn off notifications to Team messages and emails on their mobile devices, as appropriate.
* Continuous improvement will continue throughout the clinical areas as we have experienced a tremendous amount of growth at DonorConnect in the past few years.
* We conduct periodic reviews of case activities to ensure realistic workloads and schedules.
* Our commitment to employee well-being is underscored by the provision of generous paid time off benefits.
We remain dedicated to our commitment to fostering a supportive life/work balance for all employees.
Maintaining confidentiality is a federal regulation in both the medical field and our HR professional ethics. Safeguarding Personal Health Information (PHI) is and always has been one of our top priorities. If you suspect any breach of confidentiality by a DonorConnect staff member, I encourage you to contact our Executive Director, Dominic Adorno. We take all allegations of breaches seriously and are dedicated to promptly investigating and addressing such concerns to uphold the integrity of our commitment to confidentiality, PHI, and the ADA interactive process.
We are unwavering in our dedication to fostering a supportive and balanced work culture and will persist in our efforts toward continuous enhancement.
