Awful company to work for. Avoid! - Sales Assistant Donnybrook Fair Employee Review

Very negative atmosphere. High turnover of staff is unsettling. Owners treat staff very poorly and are very disrespectful. Pay is the worst of any supermarket chain. No training is provided. Shifts are unsteady and often very long. Plenty of false promises of promotion and pay raises but very little evidence of this at all.
