Pros

You can collect incriminating information about Outsourced Doers if you do take a job with them.

Cons

Modern day slave labor. The poor Doers are preyed on from the Philippines and paid right around $2.20/hr. Outsourced Doers lies to the founders and tells them the Doers make just under $10. The Doers are not allowed to disclose their pay details to the founders, because the founders would quickly realize they are being scammed. The Doers are treated poorly by OD and are under skilled for the work that’s promised will be done for the founder. Extremely pushy and belittling sales tactics. Scammy and shady practices taught.

We are saddened to read your feedback that you have provided on Glassdoor. We do not endorse any form of slavery, at all. We provide fantastic work from home opportunities to our employees based in the Philippines - our compensation and benefits are well above minimum standard and are above industry average - and not only look at financial benefit, but also wellness benefits too where we provide employees with comprehensive health insurance that is again, above any minimum standards. Our employees love working at Outsourced Doers - each quarter we survey all employees and we consistently have above industry average Net Promoter Scores, and is a great source of feedback from our staff so we can continue to improve our employee value proposition. We are proud of the impact we are making to the thousands of employees we have across the Philippines that we have provided employment and learning/training opportunities to. We would love to hear more specific details of why you believe there are unethical and slave labour trait - please reach out to our HR team.

Pros

Great co-workers and team. Somewhat flexible schedule. Not cold calling. W2.

Cons

The leads are terrible because the marketing is terrible but you’re expected to spend 45 minutes talking to every lead even if they’re not a good fit. I had multiple calls with leads who were clearly not a good fit and then was expected to still sell to them. Most leads get on the call having no idea what the company even does and then you’re expected to close them on the first call. The calls are also advertised as “no pressure” but the sales team is expected to high pressure and even make the leads feel bad to get them to buy. The script also doesn’t make sense for a lot of the leads because it’s only targeted to coaches and course creators but the company markets to all business types. The coworkers are great, but upper management creates a hostile work environment. One of the upper leaders frequently calls the women on the team weak or even a more offensive terms. The hourly team meeting every day is basically just an hour of management yelling at the team. Also the earning potential advertised for the job is unrealistic. Even if you perform well above average you’re making less than $10K/month. There’s also no healthcare or benefits even though they’re advertised with the job. For “healthcare” they just give you the number of an independent insurance sales agent…
