great company to work for

i dont see any cons

You get to work in your own time. Pick out jobs you are interested in.

Pay wasn't too great. Do the heavy lifting and only get half of the price of the job, if I'm lucky. No communication from my regional manager. No way to contact upper management. Will short you when getting reimbursed after buying materials for customer. The list goes on. I suggest find somewhere else to work.
