      Pros

      Pretty good way to make a little cash without doing too much work, however if you really want to make money you have to be pretty quick.

      Cons

      it's an ok place to work if you need a little bit of cash. I had problems with my location because there were so many apartment complexes and those will slow you down a bunch. If you can, work in the burbs.

      They have high expectations and only hire the top in their field.

      Pros

      Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

      Cons

      Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
