Pros
Team environment among employees, 50% employee discount, co workers (in my experience) are amazing, very nice and sweet.
Cons
High turn over rate (in my experience), have had 3-4 different GM's in the 8 months I've worked there. Wage theft thing too (npr had a thing on it), gotta keep really good track of your hours or just not worry about it. Current managers are rude and racist/sexist, GM hired CSR's 'his type' to try and get with them, has flirted with me countless times; had to tell my previous GM about it. Very hostile work environment at times.
