      Wonderful staff, very encouraging, safe learning environment. Dominium has been one of the best companies I have worked for.

      Cons

      helping residents can be difficult with some of the rules that dominium has us follow but otherwise, I do not have any complaints

      They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
