Work life balance nonexistent. Prepare to exchange your life for the sake of employment. This company will ring you dry and keep asking more of you. There is potential to grow under the right leader but there are few leaders who know how to lead. Too much change that doesn’t make sense or add value. Lots of favoritism. Do not recommend. Company makes low ball offers for the work they require of you. Run!!!!
