Pros
Location. Beach. Parking. They can be flexible. Overtime available. They will feed you a lot (bribe with food). The top dogs are awesome. They really care about the employees. The COO is always right there when you need him! The work is unique and highly specialized. You will learn different skills for sure. The business is definitely growing. Things change often and you will be busy and never bored.
Cons
Middle management can be unprofessional and petty. Long-time employees are bitter with their lack of support from their managers and it can be difficult to be around them. Low employee retention. New people all the time. Low opportunity for advancement. Not everyone is supportive of professional development for employees.
